Piano and Voice Lessons by Martha Trice

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Martha has been singing and playing the piano since the young age of 10. Whether it's a musical, a band, an ensemble, choir, duo, as a soloist or a church pianist, Martha had done it. She has been teaching piano and voice for nearly 35 years. She has served as vocal coach for a number of beauty pageant contestants, including a former Miss North Carolina and former Miss North Carolina 1st runner up. Martha's talent and versatility have given her quite a musical career. At 19 years old she toured the country performing with arguably the first CCM group, The Spurlows. She was featured daily as first soprano of the PTL Singers on the worldwide Inspirational Network. She and her husband, Robbie were guest performers for 700 Club host, Pat Robertson's 70th Birthday Celebration. Martha's stirring acapella rendition of the National Anthem has been performed for former President George H. W. Bush and for multiple national rallies and conferences in Washington, DC. Martha and Robbie met as seniors in the Englewood High School Chorus. Their chorus teacher, Ray Veckruise (Mr. Vee) instantly spotted the musical potential and soon had them performing together in school programs, local television and various events around town. That experience was invaluable and set the course for their full time careers in music. Martha and Robbie have been married for 49 years. They have a son, Travis, daughter-in-love, Jessica and three wonderful grandchildren.
